Mkama is the Managing Partner and founding member of Gaya Attorneys. He has experience in legal practice and has advised local and foreign clients in a wide range of matters including corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, labour & employment, intellectual property, conveyance, regulatory advice to banks & financial institutions and non-profit entities.

Before co-founding Gaya Attorneys and his Partner, Mkama worked at Joachim & Jacobs Attorneys a law firm based in Tanzania within the ranks from an intern to a Senior Associate Partner.
